Enabling SMTP Authentication for OUTLOOK EXPRESS

STEP 1: Open OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

STEP 2: Go to the toolbar at the top of the window, and click on "Tools", then choose "Accounts" from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3: Select the Oppcatv.com e-mail account, and then click "Properties" on the right.

STEP 4:This will bring up the properties window. Click on the "Servers" tab across the top.

STEP 5:Check the box that says "My server requires authentication". Then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the Properties window.

That's it! You should now be able to send e-mail through OUTLOOK EXPRESS once we enable sender authentication for our mail server.
