Enabling Attachments in Outlook Express

STEP 1: Open Outlook Express. Windows 98/ME/2000 Users: go to Start, Programs, Outlook Express. Windows XP Users: go to Start, All Programs, then choose "Outlook Express".

STEP 2: Go to the toolbar at the top of the window, and click on "Tools", then choose "Options" from the drop-down menu.

STEP 3: A window named Options will come up. Click on the tab named "Security". Notice the circled area.

STEP 4: Uncheck the box next the circled area. Then click "OK" at the bottom. After you have done this, close and reopen Outlook Express. You should now be able to access your E-mail attachments.
